Adobe Lightroom allows you to set one Target Collection at a time. With a collection set as a targetrget collection you can add photos using the shortcut "B"
I like to set my "Mobile Picks" folder that is synced with the cloud as my target collection. That way when I add photos with the B key they. Just remember:

Assigning my Mobile Picks folder as the target and simply hitting B is such a small workflow change, but it removes just enough friction that I'll actually keep my phone gallery current instead of waiting until I'm at my desk. The reminder that only one collection can be the target at a time was the detail I kept forgetting.
